Delivery cost

The exact delivery charge is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Where and how fast

We deliver only within Greece, with ACS Courier. Delivery time depends on ACS Courier and your area; remote areas and islands can take longer.

Returns: 14 days to change your mind

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

1. Email us at Senarioproject@gmail.com within the 14 days with your order number and the items you are returning (or use the form below).
2. Send the items back within 14 days of that email to: Kyriakos Kyros Lazaridis (Σenario), Mitropolitou Iosif 4, 54622 Thessaloniki, Greece.
3. Items should be unworn and unwashed, with their tags. You may try them on as you would in a shop.

Returns are free if you send the items back within 10 days of delivery: email us first and we will tell you how to send them with ACS at our cost. After those 10 days (and until the end of your 14-day withdrawal period) the cost of sending items back is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the items arrive back (or you send proof of shipping). Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, via Viva Wallet; your bank may take a few more days to show them.

Faulty or wrong item

Contact us at Senarioproject@gmail.com with a photo. We cover the return cost and repair, replace or refund the item under the two-year legal guarantee.
