Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase from the Σenario online shop at www.snr-project.gr. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them together with our Shipping & Returns and Privacy Policy.

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can; colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery is charged separately as shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay (see Shipping & Returns). The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.

3. Ordering

You can order with an account or as a guest. Your order is placed when you click “Place Order” and the contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed; we then send you a confirmation email with a receipt. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item turns out to be out of stock or a price was obviously wrong; we will tell you straight away.

4. Payment

Payments are made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure payment page of Viva Wallet (Viva Payments S.A.), a licensed payment institution. We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery areas, costs and times are described in Shipping & Returns. The risk of loss passes to you when you (or someone you name) receive the parcel.

6. Your right to withdraw (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. How to do this, and how refunds work, is set out in Shipping & Returns.

7. Legal guarantee

Every product comes with the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery (Greek Law 4967/2022). If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us at Senarioproject@gmail.com: we will repair or replace it, or, if that is not possible, give you a price reduction or a full refund.

8. Your account

Keep your password private. You can change it at any time and ask us to delete your account by email.

9. Intellectual property

All texts, photos, designs and logos on this site belong to Σenario or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell as required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something went wrong, write to us at Senarioproject@gmail.com and we will reply within 7 days. If we cannot resolve it together you can contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or another certified alternative dispute resolution body.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes go to the competent Greek courts, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the EU country where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
